Conductivity Addtive

Super-Fine  Artificial  Graphite Powder use high  purity  artificial   graphite   scrap as raw material and sheared  by  advanced  air flow  breaking equipment.  The raw  material, artificial graphite scrap, is from high quality graphite electrode, which experience graphitization temperature large than 3000℃, and has purity higher than 99.2%. After  breaking,  the particle size can be various depend on different requirements, with smallest D50 can reach 5-7 micron. 

And the whole breaking process is monitored by PSD (particle size distribution)  instruments to make the particle size consistent. 

Graphite Powder under this  raw  material and processing method shows very good properity of conductivity, and can be used as the additives or synergistic agent for new type of Rubber, Plastic and composite  materials, to improve conductive properties and wear resistance.
